• 72x4 ROIC for MCT detector

    img/slide/roic_chip.jpg

72x4 ROIC for MCT detector is designed and measured in Sabanci University. It has 2.8V output range with 5 MHz clock frequency. Operating temperature of designed chip is 77K.

  • Current Memory Based ROIC for MCT detector

    img/slide/roic_chip2.jpg

Novel current memory based ROIC is designed for MCT detector to work on cryogenic temperatures. This current memory based architecture brings low power and low area with high linearity. It has 1MHz clock frequency and 3.75V output range.

  • Hi-tech Lab Equipments

For design and simulation purposes we have multiple servers. This results in more work in less time. In addition to that, we have extensive measurement setups for different measurements. From kHz range to 10s of GHz.

Sabanci University Readout Integrated Circuit Research Group

Our research group conducts experimental and applied research on readout technologies for various types of detectors and sensor systems. Integrated readout is responsible for pre-amplifying, integrating and processing detector currents for further signal processing with DSP chip. Infrared imaging systems can be used for variety of applications such as surveillance, medical imaging, astronomy, industry and weather forecasting.
